Meetings of project partners were held in the period from May to September 2022.

During May 2022, the project coordinator held individual meetings with each partner separately online. On May 10, 2022, a meeting was held with the Montenegrin project team, and the topics were budget changes, the implementation of project activities of partners and the organization of the study trip. At the meeting with the Macedonian project team, which was held on May 18, 2022, topics related to budget changes and the implementation of further activities on the project were discussed.

The joint meeting of project partners was held online on June 7, 2022. The project coordinator and project partners presented the results of the work on the project so far and agreed on the implementation of further activities. The partners will start with the preparation of program proposals based on the developed qualification standards, as well as with the arrangements and organization of study trips.

The next meeting of project partners was held online on September 2, 2022. The project coordinator conveyed the project officer's feedback to representatives of the Macedonian and Montenegrin teams related to study trips and budget changes. The project coordinator and project partners presented the results of the work on the project so far and agreed on the implementation of further activities. After creating the program, and in accordance with the project plan, all project partners should carry out a review process of the written programs. The project coordinator conveyed instructions and guidelines to the partners on how the review of the program should look, and the result will be the report of the reviewers.

The project coordinator electronically delivered instructions related to the creation of the Best Practice Guide to the partners. The further work plan on the manual was briefly presented, as well as the planned content of that manual. The partners had the opportunity to comment on the delivered instructions and give their suggestions.
