Created Initiative for developing the qualification Professional development and professional training of academic staff for pedagogical work - Montenegro

The working group of partners from Montenegro created the Initiative for developing the qualification Professional development and professional training of academic staff for pedagogical work. The basis for the creation of the Initiative was a survey conducted on teacher competencies in institutions of higher education in Montenegro. In accordance with the Ordinance on the development of qualifications from the sixth to the eighth level of qualifications, the basis for developing professional qualifications is part of the study program, i.e. the program of one or more modules.
